Oh, but that is too beautiful!
The bride’s composure is simply sublime; I’m ashamed to admit that if a man commenced crooning in my direction I would dash for the nearest exit and/or collapse in a giggling heap.
Lucky girl, though!
He’s got a good voice! And she looked embarrassed, but very happy. Good for them
Layla, isn’t it though? The groom is quite sensible as well as gifted: he let her know beforehand so she wasn’t shocked beyond her ability to maintain her composure. In fact, he prerecorded it and lip-synced his own voice, just in case HE was the one who broke into tears!
Craig, doesn’t he though? He is a well-known worship leader in Arab/American Christian circles. Just makes you want to go hug your spouse, doesn’t it?
No kiss at the end?
she is having troubles smiling, she must be really embarrassed
His voice and singing was better than what I expected.
AWWWWW, how cute!!!! that is so romantic.. seriously, god bless them, do you know them??
Nizar, it was a funny, the pastor is older and FORGOT that Fares was going to sing. He pronounced them man and wife, (which is then when he says “You may kiss the bride”) and Fares was saying under his breath, “Pastor, the song. THE SONG”
(Our pastor hadn’t done many weddings, and he started our wedding ceremony without me! My husband had to touch his arm and say “The bride. You forgot the bride”. Every wedding has it’s funny happening!)
Suha is a shy, sweet girl who doesn’t pursue attention. She must be SO embarrassed that over 6,000 have watched her listen to that precious song. Delighted embarrassed, yani
Mai, I knew you would just love this. I don’t know the bride and groom, but have a good friend from the bride’s family. I’m hoping to meet them when this friend marries someday!
Though this is too late to post on this, but the pastor behind is my pastor at the Arabic Church in DC!!!
heehhee….
